After hearing the song Cowboys & Angels  by Dustin Lynch, my boyfriend, Zach, decided that was "our song" (how cute). I'm leaving for my freshman year of college in 3 weeks so I decided that I would buy him an "I'm sorry I'm leaving you" present. I went to the Wisconsin State fair and found a guy that made these custom bracelets for only $12 a piece and **ding ding ding** found his present (:

I bought the 8-in-1 BB cream by Maybelline about 3 weeks ago not knowing what it was and definitely noticed a huge difference between that and what I used before. I feel that BB Creams are incredible for summer and a day at the beach. They are extremely light and don't make your face look caked up at all! I highly recommend buying one!!!

When You Don't Know How To Say Givenchy...

Red, White, & Fashion

It's not every year that the fashion industry produces some totally wearable pieces that are made up of our nation's beautiful color combo. Red, white, & blue are showing up in every store, on many pieces, & on everybody! Plus, the new trend isn't just for the Fourth of July!!! Women everywhere are sporting the look from the runway to street-wear. Every piece is wearable and not as cheesy as you may think. And there's an item for every budget!

These shorts, from Etsy, Own the Runway and Chic Wish are killer styles for summer 2012. All three range from $25 - $45 and fit every type of style. The pair in the middle of the picture from Own the Runway are a perfect fit for the casual girl. The shorts add the pop of drama with the American Flag pockets but doesn't pack too much punch for a girl who wants to play it safe. Both pairs on the end are a bit more dramatic and fit for a girl who wants to take a risk. The studs on the Etsy pair make it slightly edgy while the pair from Chic Wash are a bit more vintage and rugged. Both great for any occasion. 

These shirts, although should not be worn along with the shorts (too much America for one outfit), are also perfect for sporting your love for America. Each shirt ranging from $15 - $54 add a pop of spirit without being cheesy. The first two are crops which would look great with a simple black body con skirt or over a white maxi. The longer top with rolled up jeans would be great for a more chilly Fourth. 

Lastly, these accessories are the final touch to your holiday wardrobe. Target's cheap and stylish swim suit is great for your family's party at your cousin's pool! The suit is modest and you'll be showing your American spirit for the rest of the summer! If it's just you and your boy for the day, surprise him with this Victoria's Secret lace-back hipster! He'll love the sequin and your sneaky way of wearing the red, white, and blue. And finally the American Flag lace up platform booties will be the talk of the night at your best friends Fourth of July party. They're daring and funky yet stylish and classic. You are guaranteed to be the only girl with the guts to wear our nation's colors this way.

So be sure to be the talk of the day and wear red, white, & blue better than anyone else you know. You are definitely going to be the most stylish darling at whichever event you choose to attend and you're obviously the most patriotic. I mean, who else can wear an American Flag better than grandma?
